New Fiction Books About Cats

Reading is a great way to relax and learn something new about a topic you may enjoy. For cat lovers, there are some new great reads available in your local bookstore. New fiction books have been popular with many readers, particularly those who love and own cats. These books are great for all ages including children and adults.

One particular example includes a new fiction book that children are sure to love is called "Dewey's Nine Lives: the Legacy of the Small-Town Library Cat Who Inspired Millions." Author Vicki Myron once again delights readers with new adventures of her popular feline Dewey the library cat.

The book also includes funny and heartwarming stories about cats as told by Dewey's fans. From a drowning kitten saved on Christmas Eve to a troubled Vietnam Vet whose life was changed by his rescued pet cat, these heartwarming stories will be appreciated by cat lovers young and old.

Another great feline fiction work by Rebecca M. Hale called "How to Wash a Cat" is a tale of a Gold Rush legend set in modern day San Francisco. The story is filled with humor, suspense, and eccentric characters that is told in a first person narrative style.
